Our Approach
Ruliance recommends the following Solution Delivery Methodology
as the recommended approach for Convergent Security and Business Solution implementations.
After consultation with the Customer, this methodology will be further
refined and tailored to capture the specific requirements of the
individual Customer.
Ruliance Solution Delivery Methodology focuses on the business
and IT processes within the Organisation. It is recommended to ensure:
- Deliverables are realised within the Project Budget and Timeline
- Customers receive the maximum benefit from their solution
- Risks implementing a new Convergent security solution are significantly
reduced
Depending on the options selected and the Customer’s
Project Timeline, one or two Ruliance consultants may be recommended
full time during the life of the Project who will be responsible
for the co-ordination and delivery of each required component in
the Ruliance Solution Delivery Methodology.
